This depends on whether you choose cut and sew or sublimated sportswear, and if you are a new or existing client.
New clients:
Ordering new cut and sew order: Up to 4 weeks (3 days for design, 3 days for review, 4 Days to make a pre-production sample, after your approval 2 weeks for manufacture.
Ordering sublimated garments: Up to 3 weeks (2 days for design, 1 day for review, 4 days to make a pre-production sample, after your approval 2 weeks for manufacture.
Existing clients:
Ordering new cut and sew or reordering existing designs: Up to 4 weeks (same process as ordering new cut and sew sportswear)
Reordering existing sublimation designs: Within 2 weeks
Ordering new sublimated designs: Same as new client.
Note: Quantity does matter. The above turnaround time is based on 150 pcs normally. Production time will start after confirmation of 50% advance payment.

Yes, you can order any sportswear samples that you'd like. All samples and freight charges are invoiced and paid by the customer. If you decide that you don’t like the sample, your money will be refunded. Otherwise, your sample can be included in your order.

Being a custom sportswear manufacturer, we always prefer to use the client's specific measurements.
We offer a general size guide that lists the measurements and sizes for our men's & women's products. We have created our sizes to flow across our full range of sportswear and team wear. This means that if you are a men's medium in our polo shirt, then a medium in our training singlet or our hoodies should also fit you.
We understand that sizes vary from person to person but we have created our sizes over a number of years and constantly compare them to the latest trends and fashions.
Please keep in mind that all sportswear brands have different sizing and you should always check your measurements before placing an order.

Please, inspect the package on arrival; if the package is damaged or cracked on arrival let the carrier and their office know. Also, do not forget to snap and email us.
Please, inspect your items before wearing them. We cannot accept returns worn or washed garments under any circumstances. All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 48 hours. Return requests can be made within two working days after delivery.
Custom or special orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have entered into production.
